Lady Luck (3rd Street) opened in 1964 as Honest John’s, and became Lady Luck in 1968. After an expansion, seen here, the hotel-casino closed in 2006, and reopened a few years ago as Downtown Grand. This sign pictured here was designed by Jack Dubois of Ad Art.
